We provide a number of options for times when you need help with our solutions. We are currently working on significant improvements to our documentation and FAQ offerings. So please check there, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you don’t find what you’re looking for or if it’s just easier for you. We highly recommend using our support desk as you can’t always reach us by phone, but we do our best to respond to helpdesk tickets as quickly as we can.
Our documentation page contains all of the setup documents, getting started information, and related tools for installing our software and configuring your account. It includes documentation for our connector modules for popular shopping carts; documentation on configuring your account by logging into our server; and API information.
We also offer a frequently asked questions page with answers to questions we commonly receive from existing users as well as people consider our service for the first time.
Current customers can request support through our support desk. To open a ticket, click the orange circle in the bottom right corner of this site. It will open a small window into which you can type your request.
You can also give us a call 866-400-2444 during business hours. If no one answers you can leave a voicemail but please also open a support ticket as that system is monitored differently and will often result in a faster solution.
